FLASHBACK PRICING
In celebration of the 5th Birthday of our Premiere Litter we are offering special pricing. Our very first litter of the Kitten sold for $2500 each. This pricing cannot be combined with other discounts.

*Juniors will be reduced to $2000 (Cayenne, Zoey & Frankie)
*Retired Queens are all $500 (Kasya, Sheba, Lily)

MULTIPLE KITTEN DISCOUNT
We love to encourage bringing home two kittens whenever possible. Currently we offer a 20% discount when you bring home two kittens from the same litter/group. If you decide at a later date to add a kitten to your family, we are happy to offer a 10% discount for the second kitten.
Kittens 5 months & older JUNIORS
Kittens who have reached 5 months old and aren't yet placed will be offered at a discount of 10%. This discount can be combined with sibling discounts.
Available Retired Kitties
Retired kitties range in price from $500-$1500 depending on age/color.
*Special Needs Kitties
Special needs kitties have overcome an illness, may have a genetic fault, have a chronic respiratory problem or perhaps are shy and have a need for a quiet home and patient caretakers. These special kitties need a loving home that can provide extra care and attention. Kitties are priced individually and other discounts do not apply. Kitties are marked with an (*),

These are new protocols being implemented to reduce the incidence of infectious disease and insure good health and proper socialization.
•Deposits will be accepted at 4 weeks old.
•Kittens will be held until 14-16 weeks old and/or 3 pounds and fully vaccinated
•Each litter will be tested for FIV/FELV
•Each kitten must be covered by pet insurance ACTIVE the day they go home. Coverage must include wellness and illneas. Insurance company must cover supportive care for FIP
•Early Spay/Neuter, additional health testing and Microchipping may be available at Vet cost
•Absolutely no visitation or transfer at our Cattery. Facetime sessions encouraged. Offsite Meet & Greet after vaccinations completed
BREEDING CATS
•Scan for HCM at 2 years old
•Annual Respiratory PCR for breeding cats
•Breeding cats will be retired from the program if their offspring develop FIP absent of traumatic causal event
When are Kittens reserved?
Effective Fall 2025 kittens will not be reserved until minimum 4 weeks old. Current PRIORITY LIST members will receive priority for available kittens.
When do Kittens go home?
Generally kittens go home at 12-16 weeks old. This is dependent on their Vaccination schedule. Occasionally they may need a bit more time. The timing is so important as the kitten transitions from a peer-focused stage to human-focused stage. This is the optimal time for your new kitten to bond with you. All of our kittens are raised underfoot and Queens are part of thousehold. Therefore, they are all well socialized and will adapt at any age.
Occasionally, due to the schedule of buyer, pickup at the 1 week mark is not possible. Kittens can be held longer however the following applies
• Full payment is made at 16 weeks
• 1 week hold is complimentary
• A weekly rate of $35 applies for periods longer than 1 week

All kittens go home with Cattery Health Record and Vet Notes documenting their exam, testing and vaccinations.

SPAY/NEUTER
We may be able to arrange for girls to be spayed however we recommend buyers research the pros and cons for boys. Proof of Spay/Neuter by 8 months old on Vet letterhead is required prior to registration paperwork being provided.
Failure to provide this proof will subject buyer to a $1000 fee for active status registration.
UPDATES
We do our best to keep you updated with pictures and videos as your kitten grows and reaches milestones. Each litter has its own IG Chat group and families can continue to use it after kittens go home to share updates and information. You are also welcome to request video visits.
Our commitment doesn't end when a kitten goes to its new home. We are available for questions or concerns and encourage keeping the lines of communication open.
